    He's referring o Kirk's Championship's where we pick on fights and he didn't add it and a few of us wanted it added, because we thought it would be an easy win for us.

    I wasn't talking about the league and I didn't say anything inappropriate in terms of the situation. I hear where you're coming from, I'm not for mismatches either.

    I'm going to have to disagree here CST. Nothing against you of course.

    The thing is, you did in fact say it was going to be competitive a few pages back when you and Pinoy were scoring it live. And then after he gets knocked out, we're blaming it on Haymon? Can't be like that.

    Haymon didn't force Zerafa or Karpency to take those fights. They were given chances at winning world championships and they took them. There have been many other cases where someone who was deemed a big underdog won and won with flying colours.

    Pinoy definitely isn't making light of the situation, I'm sure all boxing fans feel for the guy who gets knocked cold like that. When I saw it I was like "damn". Even though I was cheering on Quillin ofc.

    That's it.

    You guys always get into these kinds of arguments. :lol:

    It came across that way to me, because I was upset at seeing someone laid out like that, and here you come with what at the moment I saw as petty comments.

    Fine move on, maybe I overreacted, but be a little more sensitive when something so serious happens.

    Cst bro, you said it was a competitive fight and it was, but its not quillons or haymons fault for that kid getting sparked... he just got careless and paid for it big time.

    Don't come at me with this defending Haymon bull**** you're a better man than that and why don't you start acting like it. He's a piece of garbage pushing these dangerous mismatches on the public and when someone gets killed which very well may happen and you have to live with that image in your head for a long time and makes you scared to be a fan of the sport you love out of fear of seeing someone else die in the ring then maybe it'll click with you just how wrong what he's doing is.

    You need to calm down, there's mismatches everywhere and YOU yourself called it a competitive fight. You just can't backtrack like that after he gets laid out and get all ****y about it.

    I didn't think it would be competitive and when it got that way for a few minutes I got excited and then the kid was nearly killed. Which kind of changed my mood very quickly.

    It was a bad knockout, but VG is right.. they chose this sport, and in this sport things like this happen.. He was doing good but lacked experiance on how to survive these kind of situations... Some guys havent learned how to deal with adversity...

    Go back on Kirk's thread I said I was really worried about Karpency being badly hurt and I wrote a post about it, but I was hoping since Zerafa took Magomedov's punches he wouldn't be hurt too badly and may even have some success, but in no way did I think he'd win, I was trying to get AJ vs Cornish added too. You know how I am when I'm joking around and I'm not joking around right now.

    Knockouts happen, its part of the buisness.. and its human to feel sympathy for a thing like that happening, but we can do nothing about it but hope for the best.. Boxing is the toughest sport in the world, not everyone can do it.. risks, baby...risks is boxing..
