    From the Scene:

Hope this happens. Ricardo Mayorga doesn't deserve a title shot, but goddamit will he fight for it if the opportunity is presented to him. It's a winnable fight for El Matador too, compared to the Cotto fight at least. And who wouldn't want to see that madman win another title? :hey

I give Mayorga a decent chance of winning this, should be a good fight.

I watched Cotto vs Mayorga today, Ricardo was so funny. The stoppage was weird though.

How the **** can this be a world title fight? K9 is about as worthy a champion as Gilberto Keb Bass and Mayorga..............urgh.

Should be pleasing on the eye if nothing else.

Bundrage, Keb Baas and the likes are terrible but they won their titles legitimately if nothing else.

Bundrage wins this. Mayorga doesn't deserve a title shot.

Hes a worth champ by beating cory spinks imo, regardless of how much Spinks had declined.

He's not a world champion-caliber fighter is my point, regardless of the legitimacy in which he obtained it. He's fringe world-class, and he's going to be defending it against a very much past it fighter who was blessed that he pulled a stoppage out of his ass against Michael ****ing Walker.

Am I right in imagining this will be in front of 20,000(ish) Mayorga-lite's? A stadium full of crazy Nicaraguans?

 Can a guy not give false hope to a random fighter he happens to come across on twitter without being ridiculed?
