Is this on Friday? What time does the card start? Disappointing since there is some Friday night football on.

    Sexton on points, or stoppage.
Cornish has one of the worst padded records in boxing today.

Card starts at 7, it's during the internation break weekend so it wont clash with any major big football games.

Would be interesting to hear Billys views on this. Let's face it though lads, British title is the pinnacle for both these boys career, they ain't going on to achieve much more after this.

If he's left Billy this close the the fight he's mental. Let's be honest neither fighter is going to have a chance of winning British again with all the young superior talent coming through. Gary's been used to being the top heavyweight in Scotland and suddenly he's sharing a gym with a Heavyweight 100 times better than him I can only imagine how one sided those spars were. I bet his nose has been put out of joint. That's not an excuse he should use it as a platform to improve and get great sparring.

Both fighters records are very similar and have shared a few opponents , in that respect it has to be a 50-50 fight, I think its who ever lands the big shot first, my feeling is that Cornish is the better puncher but maybe not quite up to the boxing technique of Sexton but lets hope its lively and not a jab and grab session or a stinker like Fury vs Parker !

Come on. Sexton's resume isn't all that either, but he definitely has a couple of wins under his belt over guys that would walk trough Gary's entire win column resume themselves.

You could say he's practically an unknown entity. First top200 opponent he fights besides Joshua.
