if they trained to fight together I bet they would rip Ali to pieces like a pack of wolves.

Ali goes for Sanders and asap Brewster and Purrity begin hammering Ali,,,,

Ali turns to fight them off, Sanders nails him.

Would be like a royal rumble but with boxing.

Sanders, Brewster, Purity ko Ali in 5 working together. Whenever they got tired they could just let Purrity stand there and soak up punishment. :good

Ali loses to all these modern Heavy Weights.

Corrie Was bigger and stronger than Ali, and would take him down early.

Brewster would bring his A game, and defeat Ali, Ali was not as big and powerful as Wlad K, And Brewster KOed him!

Purrity if having an off night, would present Ali with his best chance to win, Being roughly the same size, Ali could outspeed him with his jab, and win a split decision.

I reckon Corrie could use his rugby skills and tackle Ali to the floor; Brewster could pin his legs and Puritty could sit on him ... easy victory, I'd say ;)

Seriously though ... I wouldn't bet on any of them beating Ali, but I reckon Sanders would make a good s**** of it, better than the other two. He presents a fairly unusual set of problems even to a great like Muhammad. Hell, if they had a series of bouts, I'd put money on Sanders catching him at least once and starching him. Otherwise, though, Ali too mobile, skilled and ringwise, I think.

Interesting aside, Corrie actually once said in an interview that he looked upon Ali as a rolemodel. He seemed to try to emulate the "dancing fighter" type in his early career. Which is why anybody who talks about a "beer-gut golfer" or suchlike, really hasn't seen much of Sanders.

Betting on any opponent koing a prime Ali would be a fools bet. Not going to happen. Millions of dollars were lost by those betting on Ali being stopped. Ali was just as tough as they come. This is what sere rates Ali from any other hwt boxer....he had ATG toughness and will to win along with all of his physical attributes.
