same thing again? forget it, better things to do here for now, and it will give you time to answer properly.
The haters better steer clear of this guy http://www.heavyweightblog.com/478/wladimir-klitschko-gets-koed-china-chinned-stamina-pressure#more-478
Kind of a freak KO. Bet if they fought 9 more times Sanders would win all of them. In a way it kind of reminds me of Briggs going out against Wilson. I know different rounds and punches... just surprising results.
I followed Corrie's career for years, if he had been allowed to have fought in the Olympics he would have won the gold medal. The problem with Corrie was that he was a very naturally gifted fighter and did not usually train much, he just depended on his natural ability. Corrie had a great chin whenever he was in shape, when Corrie fought Vlad he had been training for months, was preparing to fight Valouev in South Africa, then Klaus-Peter Kohl decided that Vlad should fight Corrie for some reason, I warned them, wrote it right here on ESB, Boxing.de, Team Klitschko, Klitschko.com, their fan sites, there was one in Germany, Russia, Kiev and finally we got one in America, started in the month of July, had to shut it down and wait until the German one's contract had ended, then we put it back up in Sept., whatever, Vlad did not spar, did much of nothing. However, never underestimate Corrie, he was one hell of an athlete. Lewis said he avoided him, he was aprox. 6 feet 5 inches tall with very long arms, could hit extremely hard, was a southpaw, called the " The Sniper" for good reason. Most of his career was wasted because he was blacklisted from boxing for a long time.............it's a shame, we never got to see the best of Corrie Sanders.............again, normally his chin was solid, look at the punches Vitali landed on him! I am sure Roman Kerniski would remember when I warned him as well..................
Sanders took large step aside payments from 4 of the big name HWs of that era. He had that fluke loss, but otherwise he was fighting the guys they were giving him to keep him hanging. After his destruction of Czyz he had a mandate to both the WBA and the IBF. Instead, he was paid step aside fees. Could he have beaten a roided to the gills Holyfield. Probably not, so he took his 100k to step aside and another minor title defense. After ICING Ice Cole he was fed up. He then let DKP set up the Rahman fight and we know the rest. Had he won that fight, he would enforce his mandate. Unfortunately he made more stepping aside and being fed journeyman and the occasional top 20 as a bone than he did in his 2 world title fights. But the Tubbs fluke did not really hurt him since he was frozen out moreso than he was just too unknown.
at his best would be... the three minutes of his fight with wlad yeh? and not any period during his 15 year career prior to retirement?
