Jones is getting under rated here. He was the p4p number one Lightheavyweight for a number of years, and his chin was only in question when he lost a huge amount of weight and became weight drained. People don't realize how much of an effect this has on a fighters chin (it affected Byrd as well)

Jones handspeed, footspeed, and reflexes were something that no heavyweight in the world could match after Lewis. He would be giving up weight, and power to Sanders but with his elusiveness it's very possible Jones would be able to evade Sanders in the early rounds and pick up a decision. I wouldn't be surprised at all though if Sanders lands a bomb that sends the smaller Jones out, but to simply give Jones, an ATG Lightheavyweight, no chance at all seems a little strange.

Sanders was no joke but he does get over rated here. If he was a giant, hard hitting, fast punching warrior like everyone says he is he would of done better in the division.

Give Jones a chance he was a great fighter but Sanders was giant hard hitting fast puncher who never trained properly and had stamina problems, look at the Vitali Klitschko fight Sanders had him out on his feet in the first round but ran out of puff as the fight went on he was in his late thirties though.

And the late thirties Sanders is the one Jones would of fought. Sanders dreadful stamina would make it more than possible for Jones to beat him. As long as Jones didn't get blown out early he would have the win.

I agree Sanders relied on blasting people out early but he was very capable of doing this.
