Joe Louis was the perfect Punching Machine. A true champ comes back from a brutal ko as Mr Louis did. Louis would kill sanders.. DRMULLEN.
Joe Louis and Corrie Sanders were both serious golfers. Obviously, Louis beats him at boxing, but I know nothing about golf. Maybe Sanders has a chance of beating him there ?
people altough i am fairly new here i have already red a few posts by woddy. and i responded at one or two. but it is my conclusion that the guy is either needy for atention or really doesn't know any better. in the first case it is better to ignore him and in the second case also better to ignore him. i mean you ain't gonna discus mathematics with a black guy straight from the bush in africa or you don't try to learn a dog to fly. a waist of time same as responding to al these idiotic posts from mr. woddy
what do you mean with quoting me ? that isn't ment as racism instead of black guy you can write eskimo or whatever i ment a person without education who has never been to school. pretty obvious (at least to me it seems)
George Foreman would destroy Corrie Sanders. If Sanders gets outslugged by Hasim Rahman and Nate Tubbs, My god what on earth would foreman do to him.
This is ridiculous! We could put Peter McNeeley in this category too. He had a similar KO record against similar garbage maybe a slight step lower. :nut Maybe if they put him in with Wlad he could have overwhelmed him with his hurricane style and he would have been elevated to the level that Ross Purrity and Corrie Sanders now occupy in the Klitschko fanantical fan dream world. Whats Sanders biggest win outside of Wlad, Al Cole or Bobby Czyz?
Yeah, I knew what you meant. It reads a bit strange. But maybe I shouldn't have bothered quoting it. No worries. :good
these matchups between fighters who were fighting 50 years appart are just not realistic. Because styles have developed so much from then it's crazy. I think 80% of the old school champions get beaten by the new school fighters (from Ali on) simply because of the new tactics, movement, throwing punches and so on. It's like comparing the Roman legion with the middle age heavy armoured knights. Yes Sanders probably beats Luis but not because he was a good fighter but just because boxing developed. If you watch the Ali and Cus D'amato video on youtube where Ali talks about Joe Louis you would get the picture. I think it's much more reasonable to match fighters from Ali, Liston & Patterson on ...
Super sanders is invicible, everybody who ever beat him-except Vitali-cheated. Only the Klitschko's could ever possible beat Sanders ad Wlad only lost because he was drugged by a mysterious green man (a goblin?) and had vaseline smeared onto his bottom so he couldn't breathe through it. Super Sanders can't be bargained with, he can't be reasoned with; he doesn't feel remorse or pity or fear and he absolutely will not stop-ever, until....... God esb's a weird place. I think it's long past the time when the name should have changed to the worldwide man-Klitschko love association. We'll call it 'womkla' for short.
Well, Bobby Czyz gave Holyfield more trouble than Sanders... In all fairness, while Sanders was far from great, he was a dangerous fighter. Chris Byrd was a better fighter than Sanders or Rahman, but never ever would Chris Byrd knock out either Wlad or Lennox. Sanders and Rahman are the less - than - great type of fighters who could, under certain circumstances, beat a great fighter. Joe Louis was an offensive machine, but he was also flawed and got knocked down easily by far lesser punchers than Sanders. I don't think any version of Braddock ever knocks down Wladbut he did it to Louis. Also, take into the equasion the lighter gloves of the Louis era which would enhance Sanders' power. To acknowledge that Sanders was dangerous isn't the same as elevating him to greatness.
Czyz gave Holyfield problems?? You mean he took a beating for three extra rounds? You could call Butterbean a dangerous puncher too, that didnt make him a world class fighter. The problem is this is an attempt to elevate Sanders to a level he doesnt belong on. Beating the Klitschkos doesnt do that, especially when you have a fighter with Sanders resume. In all fairness Sanders was a lower top ten contender, that could punch, but so could 90% of the other heavyweights out there, especially the ones that were 6'4 and over 230 pounds.
