I'm going with Saunders by late ko as I feel he hit hard to enough to stop Smith. Thoughts?

Wow, this is an interesting fight between two guys who were very talented but didn't ultimately deliver on their promise. Sanders fell short because of his lack of discipline, and Smith was hamstrung by the fact that he didn't lace up the gloves until he was an adult.

Sanders' combination of speed and power was genuinely frightening back in the day. For the first nine minutes of the fight, he was a legit threat to any heavyweight ever. He also wasn't just a face-first brawler; he was also adept at setting up angles to favor his southpaw stance, and although he kept his hands too low his fast feet kept him out of the worst danger.

Not a betting man's matchup. Such up and down form, the both of them.

Has the potential to be a great fight, though.

I like Sanders to win ( and he can )but Smith has the punch to end it.
