One of these guys people will always talk about in a what could've been sense. Was definitely hampered being in SA during aparthied and maybe that affected his attitude to training. Why was he out of the ring a year and a half after Rahman? I assume because he was ducked. It was a really risky fight for a young WK to take, all the names didn't want to know about Sanders because he was a southie and a huge banger.

I'd guess that Joshua would hang on to win but not without being within an inch of being stopped at least once in the fight.

There was a tribute thread on here after Sanders was murdered and only one of the BLM crowd gave a R.I.P/condolence. A guy called Bballchump11. Evidently he was pimp c's cousin but nothing from pimp c in that R.I.P thread was to be found. It was a long thread as well, almost twenty pages.

Probably going to get this post reported but when Paul Williams suffered that horrific motorcycle accident a bunch of the guys who like the E.E.'s wished him well and a full recovery. Yeah but we are the bad guys with malice in our hearts who want everyone different to suffer and die.

    Such disgusting hypocrites.

Could see it going either way honestly... But if Sanders hurts Joshua early on he finishes him.

Rahman could do it. Not Nate though.

That comes as no surprise about that thread! The fake little hypocrites on here can be spotted a mile off.

    Sanders vs Levi Billups

Lovely right uppercut from the southpaw stance for the first KD

The previous year Billups had lasted the distance against Lennox Lewis giving him tough 10 rounds work.

    Sanders vs Jorge Valdes

A couple of years earlier Valdes gave Shannon Briggs a tough nights work, retiring in his corner before the start of round 10 because of a dislocated jaw.

Sanders vs Art Card. Card last the 10 round distance against Larry Holmes in his previous fight, obviously not a prime Holmes but a Holmes who 5 months later would whip a 18-0 Ray Mercer.

Sanders blasting out the durable Al Cole in one round

Cole had lasted into the 10th against 24-0 Michael Grant a few years earlier, retiring because of an eye injury. Drawn and lost a close UD to a 26-0-0 and 26-0-1 Kirk Johnson, 2 and 1 years respectively before facing Sanders. Lasted the distance against Jameel McCline the following year after getting nuked by Sanders. He would also go on to fight to a draw with Jeremy Williams and lose a 94-96 UD on all the cards to Hasim Rahman and last the distance against or spring the odd upset against numerous decent HWs.

    Sanders vs Bert Cooper

Now these guys Sanders blasted out have been stopped in other fights too, but look at the ease in which he dispatches them. Almost effortless. He was really dangerous early.

One of my favourite KOs by Sanders. Great hand speed. Parries the right hand and then counters with a lightning fast explosive left followed by an equally fast right as Sheppard is falling. He's so quick the following right isn't far off from landing either

I'd say Joshua more times than not. But sanders take him out early, the golfer blew hot and cold.

I would have picked AJ by early brutal KO. Sanders was a career underachiever who tends to be grossly overrated around here.

I always felt Sanders fights were a bit of a shootout, Corrie was a huge banger but also vulnerable himself. Unless you had a chin like Vitali's (and even then perhaps), it was a dangerous fight.

Sanders catches him with that laser beam left early and then finishes the job. Joshua isn’t Vitali in the chin, endurance OR skills departments.
