Whyte nearly KO'd Joshua, a 41 year old Wlad had the beating of him... Rahman also KO'd Lewis. So yeah... Would be completely insane not to give Sanders a very good chance against him.

Well technically, any 230 lb. man can render another unconscious with a punch. As for a "very good chance"? No.

I'd give Rahman a very good chance.

It all depends if Joshua can survive the early storm. AJ, at least to this point, seems like a tough customer who can take a big shot, recover and dish out far worse in return. I think more often than not he'd beat Sanders.

prime sanders would be a very tough fight for joshua, he'd be favoured to win but by not much.

old shot retired sanders who easily killed best ever wlad in seconds, would be out as soon as he gassed. he'd not actually get a title shot at the mere euro title though at that stage.

Joshua right now seems like a pretty solid heavyweight with excellent physical abilities that make up for his shortcomings. Shortcomings that I assume are being dealt with in the gym; he's probably 5 fights away from coming into his own. Fights like Wlad and Takam are solid gold for a guy light on experience and who is willing to learn.

However, Sanders is something that AJ has never dealt with before. His handspeed and accuracy alone are an "outside context problem" for most heavyweights, and he could hit very hard into the bargain. Let's not forget that the version that fought the Klitschkos was on his last hurrah, although a good one. To a prime version you can add nimble feet and a good tank.

All that was keeping AJ in the game against Wlad was Wlad's somewhat timid approach to finishing and the fact that he managed to slip the overhand by a whisker time and again. Sanders was anything but timid in finishing, and the primary reason he blew Wlad out was his freakish handspeed, which was a problem for every opponent that he faced.

Personally I would favour a "best" version of Sanders over Joshua.

That said, we have not, I believe, yet seen the "best" version of Joshua.

Yeah your simpleton brain is fixated on the Tubbs loss, instead of the fact that he beat W. Klitschko, gave Vitali a ton of issues and was beating the **** out of Rahman before gassing. He would have a GOOD chance against AJ. Deal with it.

yuor reason he gets a title shot according to you, when he factually accurately couldnt once in his career, is that "you fail"?

hows that? you throwing your toys out the pram again becos wlads been inferred to not be a great?
