Spinks isn't as slick as some think. Floyd would win cuz spinks stays flat footed sometimes. It would take floyd a few rounds but he out point from maybe rd 5 on

Zab was able to stop Spinks - so I think Mayweather will do the same!

he throws alot of jab and stays well away form any conflict aginst judah it took judah 2 fights with 19 rounds to chin him...and judah was no joke especially at that stage of his career.

he is just awkward and i think this is actually has a good chance. his jab workrate and accuracy i think would do just enough. his style of moving to your right while he smacks a jab in your face then goes to the body and keeps moving i think will be very different form what anything floyd has seen before.

also this is a big guy we are talkign about here he is a big welter and is now quite suited to the light-mids. his fight with jermain taylor a 6'1 middlewieght who was looking to go to the super- mids looked terribel against him...some of us here were even saying the decision was a bit iffy.

floyds style is a slick boxer-puncher who goes to the body throws alot of punches when needed and can track run when he needs to. if you come to him he will block and defend until he sees his opening and smack his opponant with a right hand and then cover up.

if you go on the retreat he does the opposite he uses his jab to get close and run you back then once he gets to you bamn left hook right hand uppercuts form both hands. all in bunches.

but what great slicksters has he fought
judah i think is his top slickster..put judah is a puncher with fast hands.thats what made him a champ by being to counter pucnh then swarm afte rpeople he doesnt have a jab only a left uppercut and maybe a right hook.

maybe mitchell southpaw fighter good combo puncher but really the guy started boxing in what the early 90's? i mean i'm not saying that being old means you are slow or incompetant but it showed in the fight before that he was not the world class fighter he used to be.

so instead of everyone saying we need a pressure fighter let's think opposite why not we have a far better back foot fighter.

im not saying corey is great or anything(againt roman he looked like he was gonna get demolshed at the end of each bell, and he got smacked so hard by judah that he didnt know where he was for 2 mins) i'm just saying corey is a different kettle of fish from hatton and oscar.
maybe not a better kettle but a far differnet one

Floyd would win & win easily, but there would be no destruction.

We would all fall asleep around round 8 and wouldn't wake up until Michael Buffer yells "...and STILL..."

What is your basis for this? Mayweather probably doesn't have as much power as Zab, sure I'll buy that. But how do you know he's 'not even close'? Mayweather may not be a power puncher, but he has good power still. Also his timing is amazing, and he's very accurate. I mean look at his knockout of Hatton, Mayweather didn't seem to throw that much of his body into the punch, but it was timed perfectly, and scored a devastating knockout!

As for Spinks, he may have some of the attributes Judah has, including one that Judah doesn't (stamina!). But Spinks has very little power.. not Mayweather!
