If Mayweather fights Oscar next - Then he's fought a 154 lber twice and a 140 lber once.

Why bother ranking him at welter - cause if he's fighting Oscar again next - he's doing it for $$$ and not for legacy or to bring clarity to WW.

    I'd rank WW - Williams/Cotto/Mosley/Cintron/Margartio.

If Floyd fought ANY of those guys next - It would be far more meaningful for me than another boring DLH fight. It might make cents for the dollars, but money wont buy you love - Except for the Floyd-nuthgging brigade that can't be a fan of the sport as much as the man.

I scored Cotto higher cuz I don't think we will ever see a PBF vs Cotto fight. I think after PBF fights DLH he will rematch Hatton and it will probably be PBF calling for the rematch as he did with DLH. Now, granted, Cotto wanted DLH too instead of trying to unify, but Cotto is a cooler dude and PBF already had his payday.

Cotto wouldn't even be a champion if Mayweather paid sanc fees.

Cotto never beat a champion for the title anyway.

Baldomir win > Cottos Quitana win
Mitchell win > Cottos Urkal win
Judah win > Cottos Mosley win
Hatton win > Cottos Judah win

Baldomir had not lost since late 98 and just won the Lineal Title
Mitchell was a warm up fight at 147 nothing more.
Judah coming off a loss to Baldomir where he probably took him Baldomir lightly.
Hatton beat Collazo for WBA title then droppedit. Also was Lineal Jr WW champion. Lineal vs Lineal

Quitana, 30 years old, and very inexperienced. 23 fights against nobodies. He was hyped after beating Joel Julio, then Joel has a close fight with Cosme Rivera lol.
Judah was coming off a year of inactivity and having not won in two years.
Mosley coming off two decent wins but old, 36 years and 2 months.

    I beg to differ...

-Judah win > Cottos Mosley win-NOT
-Hatton win > Cottos Judah win-Whom has Hatton fought @47?
-Mitchell is a fast and delicate fighter w/o pop, URKAL is a
    stiffer test
-YES, Baldomir was better than Quintana...Baldo is very tough with
    underrated savvy and skill

Cotto vs Mosley is better than anything Floyd did at 47

    Ditto for Williams vs Margarito

You can argue Mosley/Judah win but Hatton >>>>>>> Cottos Judah win. Judah had not won in two years and was inactive for a year.

The reason I say Floyds win over Judah is better then Cottos win over Mosley. Floyd dominated Judah. Cotto struggled with an old Shane.

If you look at reality PBF isn't a legacy fighter since his fights
    with Jose Luis Castillo

Imagine if Floyd had Margarito's determination to fight anybody...If he did,
man, imagine him @ 140! Floyd would ROCK!

I hear you, but SUGAR SHANE is a strong 12 rd fighter, whereas ZAB loses focus as soon as he gets tagged hard
