Mosley is a REAL 147 lb fighter with real skill, a P4P type...Floyd's signature win for the titles was BALDOMIR. TATA is powerful, but NOWHERE near the fighter in SHANE, even at SHANE's age

Judah was coming off a loss of being the Lineal Champion.

Shane hadn't been a champion since early 2004 and Cotto struggled with him.

If thats the case why hasn't Shane been a champion since 2004?

Baldo was the WBC Mando and the IBF didn't Sanc the fight.

not pbf's fault...he beat him for a title...then beat the undisputed champ for his title....pbf beat 2 champs at 47 then beat the jrww champ at 47 also...

The whole 140/147 being a HOT division quickly faded.

Only Floyd, Cotto, Williams, maybe Mosley is he beats one of the 3 will become a hot ticket.

Look - Floyd-Cotto should happen. Although I don't think Cotto has done much of anything. (Thats why I think Cotto-Williams needs to happen.)

But let Cotto become a bigger name before fighting Floyd.

he already beat the best at 140...and he'd probably stop all the other title holders there...and the critics would get on him bad for dropping back down to his natural weight

It is his fault, JUDAH was just for publicity. Judah was no champ, he did beat Spinx, but then lost to Baldo. MARGARITO WAS THE LONGEST REIGNING CHAMP-->props to WILLIAMS for GUTS and HEART.

If Hatton never fought COLLAZO it would've been intriguing for a jump north, but true afficionados of the sport predicted the outcome.

You gotta stop supporting a con artist. I love lil Floyd's skills, BUT he isn't a legacy fighter. Point Blank

Excuse? It's not an excuse, that's just what happened. The IBF didn't Sanc Baldomir-Judah. Neither did WBA.

IBF kept Judah as their champion because of whatever reason. WBA stripped him. WBC, Ring and Lineal passed to Baldomir. Floyd took Judahs IBF, then Baldomirs WBC, Ring, Lineal. He dropped the IBF title, and Cintron picked that up. The WBA went to Collazo. Collazo dropped it to Hatton. Hatton vacated and that went to Cotto in the Cotto-Quitana fight

Floyd nor Cotto can call themselves the best without fighting eachother. PBF should fight a top 5 young WW like Williams. Whoever he fights it just needs to be for belts. If the rematch happens it only proves he has been more prizefighter than P4P lately.
