I think this is more than fair. Pac is a beast and if he feels his body won't feel 100% that low, then he knows best.

I'd much rather see it at 145 or higher to take away from anything. Cotto is still willing to give a couple pounds. But I bet he settles at 144.

i do not think any welterweight sould agree to even one ounce under 147. If Pac wants to fight welterweights, he should fight them AT THE WELTERWEIGHT LIMIT!!

I am tired of catchweight fights. If Pac wants to fight welters, fight them at 147. If he can't handle 147, fight at 140 and below. We've got a million God Damn divisions. Catchweights are not necessary.
