    Cotto is mistaking moral victory from an actual victory.

    He's entitled to his opinion even if it's wrong. He gave a very good account of himself so should be in a position to hold his head high.

    He actually didnt imply he thinks he won, he probably thinks the fight was closer

    Landing punches on gloves and forearms doesn't score points. Punches that land flush on the head scores points.

    Agree to disagree, outcome will not change.

    Cotto should be very proud of himself, gave it a shot, fought hard and actually made it closer than what people were saying it would be.

    He fought a game, competitive fight, and fighters generally don't want to concede defeat.

    The judges gave Mayweather nearly every round. On the completely biased side you could maybe give Cotto 5 rounds. I think it was more like 3-4 highly contested but close Cotto rounds.
