I havent got much interest in this, I prefer cotto fighting vs canelo.
Tired of these bob arm inhouse match ups, would it be at 147?

I don't know. Maybe if at 154 I will be very interested. But that means he is ducking Sergio.
I prefer to have Pac-JMM instead.

This fight may not be perfect but it will be interesting. Cotto hasn't declined since 2009 and given the changes in his camp, I think he's now in a better place mentally. Pacquiao, however, isn't there for the taking but he's beatable, and Cotto may be able to cause the upset.

The first fight was fun, the second promises to be more interesting. This could very well turn out to be a FOTY candidate.

Even if the fight is at 154, I still prefer the Bradley fight.

    Disappointing choice.

I feel it would be less than the first one, cotto trying to box like he did vs mayorga and margarito, pac being less active than in fight one, has pac clear ud written over it like barrera 2, allthough I hope im wrong.

When Pacquiao first fought Barrera, he was raw and not refined at all. By the time they fought again, Pacquiao was a much better fighter. When he first faced Cotto, Pacquiao was probably at his peak and if they fight mid-2012, he'll be a much inferior fighter than he was when he beat Cotto.

So I'd say that, unlike Pacquiao/Barrera, a rematch should be closer and better.

I also don't think Cotto has the mentality to avoid a fight against Pacquiao. We know he's going to get hit and when he does, he won't back down, I don't think. Margarito and Mayorga were guys who didn't manage to make much of an impression, but Pacquiao will.

i dont like the fight. i could understand a rematch if the first fight was close, but cotto took a real beating last time, and now he's had a few more wins under his belt, he's being sacrificed to pacquiao again.
what's pacquiao gonna prove by beating cotto again?
