I will tell you this, if Margarito pushes Miguel back in this fight its Margaritos fight, if Miguel uses angles and steps around Cotto its going to be a war, but if Miguel allows Tony to come forward its all over.

LOL not like Torres? You kind of described Torres.. Margarito won't get Cotto in no where near as much trouble he was in with Torres. Mark my words =]

also thinking that Cotto would give up is ridiculous

No~ I am looking at all possiblitys in the fight, this is a very likely one as well. Cotto does bring a good work rate great amateur background and good timing to the table he can box and he can slug, but there is one thing with Cotto, he has been hurt more in fights, the damage when you compair him being rocked and Tony being rocked, Cotto has been on the worse end of it.
Margarito can bang and he does have a high work rate, and not only that but he does not open himself up as much as you think, his elbows are tucked in making it harder to get off shots to the body, when you look at miguel you have four openings, both sides of the body, his left his low for the right hand, and he also is wide open for both uppercuts.

well margarito isnt without his flaws buddy. that's all i'm saying. on the inside cotto would have advantage b/c of marg's long frame and wide looping punches. marg's defense is worse than cotto's when it comes to blocking punches. marg's defense is his offense. marg can be hit with a quick jab all day, which cotto does possess. cotto is faster, better on his feet, and contrary to many believe, he may even be just as strong as marg. Just b/c someone is taller doesnt mean they are stronger. Cotto is a strong fella.

hey, we've been going back and forth all day. neither of us will change our views. the fight is finally here and we'll just have to see until then.

however, until then, i guess we'll just have to continue our debate.

you just remember that come sunday, dont try to punk out and not show your face or even worse, dont go and try to get a new username.

I have to admit it's pretty strange that both Cotto and Margarito fought physical clones of each other already.

cotto always had a tight shape up, both on his head and his brows(LOL). he always seemed like a pretty boy, but vicious.

however, the bald look just makes him look like an emotionless killer.

i know is a joke. But I have to say something. You can see in this video Cotto BOXING earlier in his carreer. Not brawling. Very nice performance
