I like this fight but I think GGG only fights the winner if it's Alvarez. I just can't see Cotto getting into the ring with him at this stage of his career.

 

Technically, yes. However given the state of how matches are arrived to, Cotto-Canelo would be quite the consolation.

I think he will outbox Alvarez also. However, if they fight outside of NY, he may not get the decision.

I dont think Cotto can run as fast as Lara.

 

You don't have to run to beat Alvarez. Mayweather was in front of him for most of the night and barely got hit. Cotto doesn't move as well as Mayweather but he moves well enough to beat the lead-footed Alvarez.
