    thanks for mentioning this.

Cotto is a bit stylistically similar to Oscar but was only 2 minutes away from going the distance with Mayorga.

Oscar had a younger Mayorga done by halfway through the fight.

Didn't Mosley struggled against Mayorga for 11 rounds???

A fighter who had already been KTFO twice by Tito and DLH himself before facing Mosley.

The Oscar Floyd fought would beat Cotto... no question about that. That Oscar was at a comfortable weight, had just beasted on Mayorga, and had the belt. He was strong, fast, good defense, and great jab. I don't see Cotto doing well, especially since this fight would be at 154 where Cotto doesn't look impressive.

    Would be Gatti part 2

Cotto is too slow and flat-footed, he would end up looking stupid against Floyd

This title says: Cotto beats everyone on Floyd's Resume
Bazooka: Yeah? What about fighters NOT on Floyd's Resume. Cotto doesn't beat them all.

An absolute peak and prime Cotto....is a competitive with Floyd for 6 rounds.....any other Cotto gets drilled and it aint even close.

Cotto has a nice Jab and early it would trouble Floyd but let's be real...after the second who doesn't see Floyd pull countering that shyt all night...floyd has timed faster punchers than Cotto.

Cotto's body work is nice....when Floyd leans on thoughs ropes Cotto probaly will get some good shots in but Floyd protects his body pretty well also while on those ropes and more than likely won't absorb the full power of those shots...however Floyd is even more dangerous to a fighter like Cotto who's chin is shaky....Floyd on the ropes is very sneaky...he's buckled Oscar at 154 while on the ropes and Oscar opened up....in fact that punch he hit Oscar with...DROPS Cotto...may not KO him..but it drops Cotto.

Cotto at NO POINT could beat Floyd or Pac for that matter....he's just not that good but still solid.

Good post. Cotto only has two losses, though.
