Cotto, best I've ever seen. Does not do conventional weightlifting.

You said this exact same thing when this came up before. My point was you barely made the 1000lbs club in over a decade of strength training, it's irrelevant whether I made it to 1500lbs.

    The relevance of this?

    Again, relevance?

    What? :huh

    Your assumptions are incredibly misguided.

    Indeed.

    Please try to make sense.

You're irrelevant to me. You stick to swinging around your little kettlebell while the big guys throw around heavy weights.

Cotto is a boxer, he if proof of nothing.

    Actually it may not.

Says the close minded lil *****.

Mate, a decade and you barely made 1000lbs. Who's weak?

    You really disapoint me, Virus.

You're a sad and pathetic individual. Let this be a lesson to you all.

Virus does not care about the truth. He only cares about HIS truth.

But he doesn't realize that HIS truth is a lie, but he will stubbornly abide by his lie because it brings him comfort.

He is reluctant to change because change is hard.

    He is weak.

Do not follow him or he will push you into the depths of weakness and inevitably, despair.

    He is pathetic.

First of all, I would never say, "barely."

    That's you that says that.

Secondly, it's relevant because if I'm working out with Division 1 level athletes, and I'm lifting on the same level they are, what does that say about my training techniques?

Especially considering I didn't train as a powerlifter. I trained as an ATHLETE.

    Big difference.

You train as a power lifter because you are NOT an athlete.

That's why I'm trying to get these young folks here to turn around from your advice because its advice coming from a sad, angry, hostile individual.

    Look at your responses.

There is no merit to them. You admitted yourself that an athlete will get arthritis with heavy weightlifting, but you still think its appropriate.

You have a young, feeble mind.

    You are causing destruction.

This is getting boring, same boring argument "whaaa I can't lift heavy so no one else should" Mate, athletes will always lift heavy weights to build power whether you like it or not. Simple as that.

You callin me a bltch, but you wouldn't even walk in the same neighborhood that I'm in.

    That's pathetic.

You don't even realize how pathetic you sound right now.

    I mean, get mad, right?

That's what people who lose do.

And you call it a "little" kettlebell, but there are NUMEROUS articles I can't post here that say kettlebell is superior to deadlifting.

Look at that Bret Contrares article for instance.

Pavel also writes several articles about it. Yet, Pavel also writes about deadlifting.

    Is he a liar?

Maybe, you, who doesn't have an athletic bone in your entire body, should stick to lifting heavyweights to try to attempt to keep up with the superior athletes, but real dudes...

You know, the people I'm speakin out to on the forum, they don't need to destroy themselves because they are already on the next level.

So, they don't need the same thing that works for you at the cost of their body.

That's you, who is WEAK, that needs that.

Real dudes don't need the same type of workout you use.

    Read the articles.

You're just a bitter little man. YOu need to lift to feel like you powerful, but I see you.

    You scared.

You think you hard and big cuz you lift some big weights, but you ain't an athlete.

You ain't strong. You scared on the inside.

That's why when I tell you this, you fear it.

You are scared of the info I bring because it makes you tremble.

You don't want to here that the real dudes don't need weightlifting and can get better results by lifting less.

    WHICH IS WELL DOCUMENTED.

You deride it, but read scientific articles that state otherwise.

You're just weak person, so you feel you have to compensate.

My bad for getting off topic. I didn't mean to talk all that ish on Virus.

Half of what I said, I didn't mean.

I'm just exposing him for what he really is. An insecure idiot, obsessed with weight lifting.

Don't follow this guy. He will destroy you.

    No, you're pathetic.

It really is sad how pathetic you are when it comes down to it.

I thought you could back things up with objective responses, but you can't.

You should know that there have been several studies done on the effectiveness of the kettlebell swing.

I told you about the Bret Contrares article.

Yet, you respond with idiotic, childish retorts.

You are a young fool with a BD.

    Admit it.

Send me a link to your website.

Because Gavin MacMillan, Pavel, and Bret Contrares are actually PAID for what they do.

What do you get paid for your daily session of rubbing massage oil on a man's thighs?
