The punishment Margarito inflicted on Cotto was far greater than the punishment bestowed upon Paulie and Lacy.

How can anyone say Cotto 'bottled' it. Lets see you or anyone else get a beat down like that after giving your all in the fight and trying to get back up. Its a ****ing disgrace when armchair fans ridicule boxers for not returning to the ring after 30 minutes of intense punishment.

It was obvious that guy was struggling for several rounds from the accumulation of Margarito's attack. You clearly have never boxed in your life. Comparing what Cotto was copping with Malignaggi's cut is laughable. You degrade and discredit the sport of boxing by suggesting that Cotto showed no heart.
