I honestly don't believe Alvarez is that good. He is a big strong kid but he is slow, flat footed, low output and predictable. Worse of all the kid acts as if he is entitled, I blame his overrated promoter for that. Cotto will school him just like Floyd did.
I just do not see how Cotto gets a decision, not on boxing ability but the judges. GBP's little cash cow Canelo was awarded a draw against Mayweather If this goes the distance I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised to see real controversy.
Cotto is a World Class operator who has shown consistently that he'll be a tough out for any fighter still today, saying that though I got Canelo by competitive stoppage. Alvarez gets underrated due to the Mayweather performance, dude is a quality fighter and one of the best in the sport. Credit to whoever wins
Problem that you're not thinking about is that with all this stuff with Cotto surrounding the WBC and the GGG step aside money, it will be damn near impossible for Cotto to win a decision here.:deal I don't see Cotto being able to knock out Canelo so he really has no chance IMO.
Yeah, it's clearly setup for Cotto to lose so the reality is he will have to school him like Mayweather to remove doubt. I think it's possible cause Alvarez is a B fighter masquerading as A level
