You dumb **** if you know the history of the sport you would have known when floyd was at top rank why the fight never happened. Once floyd left top rank and made more money he could have staying at top rank the margo fight would never have happened as floyd was not going to fight any top rank fighter once he left arum.

People who view Floyd in that sort of light will be in for the biggest shock of their lives. Mosley wasn't expecting Floyd to take the fight to him the way he did. Cotto is the type of fighter who after the 2.5 savage beatings he took, can't seem to recover when seriously hurt. Pac hurt him and he was throwing 'don't hit me punches' and retreating for the rest of the night. Even in his last fight he was skipping around the ring trying to avoid contact with Margarito. Marg is slow, flat, and uncoordinated. Money May is the polar opposite of that and Cotto's feet can't move backwards faster than Floyd can close the distance and clock his ass.

I look forward to seeing Miguel Cotto's funeral tonight. Floyd is going to show that chump ass cheating ***** named Quackiao how to catch a guy on the 'up' side at his weight and decimate him. This ****ing COWARD by the name of Manny Pacquiao was Sooooo excited to face Miguel Cotto again. Too bad that it wasn't at a catchweight this time. It was one full division south. I think the statement of Cotto does hold some weight though, but not cuz he uses illegal defensive tactics inside the ring. His elbows and ducking below his opponents waist are illegal, but borderline. He don't hold or butt more than is typical of most great champs, but the other questionable fouls are absolutely brilliant so long as they arent called.

But how about hitting Gatti when the ref says break. And a good second or 2 after. I mean that **** was deliberate as ****, as was his KD of Ortiz.

Other champs who have used illegal tactics defensively such as holding, butting, elbowing etc are heavily criticized as cheats. BHOP, Holyfield, Ruiz, Toney, Ottke, Wladimir, Ward, Hatton, Chavez and son, etc. But the difference between great champs like Lewis Holyfield, BHOP, Wlad, Chavez etc and Mayweather, Chavez Jr, Ward and Ottke are that the greats all made the biggest fights and didn't make ANY excuses for not making the fights.

In all seriousness......Wlad could have ducked Peter and not taken such a huge risk. Lewis could've ducked Tyson.Holyfield could've ducked every A level HW of the last 25 yrs, but he fought em ALL. BHOP...well he's a living f/n legend. Toney, same thing. The skills are there, but the willingness to make the fight vs the #1 or #2 just seems to elude the coward. He'll fight #3 or 4 or 5 all day, but when it comes to #2........just cant get there for whatever BS excuse is handy atm.
