    He has great combinations. we just have to see how he can react to the power. Maybe it eats it like nothing but nobody Cotto has ever faced just took it like nothing expect for Margarito but his face was tore up!!

    If this get to like the 8th round I feel Cotto will really get to work. Wether people like him or not, Roach is a great trainer. he'll watch Trout fight, Mayweather fight, tell Cotto what to do. Plus Cotto is experienced enough to know what to do. should be a classic, getting my tickets!!

    I have to admit I think Canelo will have the edge. With Freddie on Cotto's corner I can see either Canelo outfighting Cotto as a sharpshooter early, or Cotto establishing his jab and body work to possibly stop Canelo late.

    One thing I definitely don't see is Cotto winning a decision, even if he earns it.

    Don't jump the gun fellas. Rumors are that Cotto/Martinez is still being discussed. My guess is Cotto will pick the Canelo fight but doubt it's a sure thing right now.

    So tell me what canelo has that can beat cotto or that cotto dosen't have in the terms of skills cotto is WAY more skilled them 1 dimensional canelo...he has looked good but still!!!

    Announcement on monday or tuesday. Martinez fight is only like 3 mil, 10 mil for Canelo and if Cotto wins the rematch will be bigger, rematch with mayweather or he can fight Martinez. plenty of optiond but yes March 8 MGM its going down!!
