    Cotto is paying Golovkin step aside money because Golovkin is Cotto's mandatory. Cotto knows he would get knocked out, so now Golovkin has been promised by the WBC that he will be mandatory for the winner of Gotto/Alvarez. Golovkin will knock either one...............
