P.R is a U.S territory with commonwealth status. They enjoy U.S constitutional rights, they can vote in our primaries, they can travel here without a passport, and they even pay some u.s taxes. So, in a way, all the WW belts belong to Americans.

Oh no, they all cry about their island. They dont see themselves as Americans.

They want to be on their own.

Like many U.S territories Puerto Rico does enjoy the benefits but not long ago and even to this day the media likes to ignore many truths about the Puerto Rican "Culture" America can document the island all they want but its people are truely unique. The Young Lords organization was one of the first political revolutionist to gather together and create not only ethnic pride but they stood together to stop the colinization of the Island. The Young Lords where supported by offsets of the Black Panther group and together they set up medical stations throughout the slums in ubran cities etc, etc. While the media likes to sugar coat the parntership it really does not inform Americans of political strifes, poverty, land aquisition, crime, drugs, lack of jobs and mandatory military usage of inhabited lands. Many revolutionist have bleed and died for freedom while some remain ignorant others keep their third eye open. While I love America the belts that those Ricans own are their own and their culture and their Island people share the belts with them.

Exactly, Cotto has the best chance, but he will fall short :yep I hope Quintana vs Clottey happens. Clottey deserves a shot for a title. His name has come up as a possible opponent :good

Didn't Hopkins throw down the P.R flag in P.R before the Trinidad fight? I'm not saying I agree with his actions, but it didn't seem to make a difference when the fight started.
