Whether this is true or not don't expect Cotto to let this one slip, it's his career/reputation/life on the line.

 

But he NEVER said if they (Cotto's people) had been there (in the room) while Margarito's hand were be wrapped though Freedy...So something its no right.

How many of your guys are familiar with plaster of paris. Well I am very familiar. I am a Dental Lab Technician. We use plaster to fabricate dental casts. The same one doctors use to cast broken bones. Plaster of paris comes in powder substance and once mixed with water takes about 45 minutes to an hour to set. Once the plaster is set you cannot wet it again or it will weaken. Also it is impossible to place plaster of paris inside a glove, why? because in order for the plaster of paris not to break, it must be thick. otherwise plaster will break easy especially in a moist environment, it will start crumbling easy. With the first blow Margo throws, it will break in many small pieces. So for all you mofos talking all this when you are ignorant about plaster, Stop it now. First go buy the plaster, it is sold in dental Supply stores. Mix it with water to a melted ice cream consistency and put it on your fist, put a glove and pouch the bag and you will see that I am know what I am talking about.

None of that **** matters .... The Nevada Boxing Commission Inspectors signed off on Margarito's gloves. That means that they were within the rules of Boxing.

Neither Cotto nor his team have a leg to stand on .... Unless he's going to accuse the Nevada Commission Inspector of being in on the fix.:nut

Prior to Margarito's bout with Mosley, a member of the California State Athletic Commission found a plaster-like substance in the wraps of Margarito, deemed them illegal. Margarito had to re-wrap his hands three times. The HBO announcers continued to wonder if Margarito had the same kind of wraps for his win over Mosley. Evangelista Cotto, uncle and trainer of Miguel, said he didn't notice anything unusual during the fight.

"At that time we were not aware of anything," said Evangelista.

Miguel was happy with the way the CSAC handled the situation and he plans to keep a close eye on the investigation into the substance in Margarito's gloves. He praised Mosley's trainer, Nazim Richardson, who saw something strange in the shape of Margarito's wraps and made a commission member take off the wraps.

"He did the right thing. They saw something unusual in the process and ordered for bandages to get removed. I understand that there will be an investigation and we will see what happens. Margarito and his group are responsible for the outcome of the commission," Cotto said.

Dan Rafael mentioned in a chat weeks back that he was told the only person present from Team Cotto was Miguel's lawyer.
