I think he is criminally under-appreciated(Not sure if that is a word)So is JMM for that matter.I guess Morales and Barrera have a lot to do with it.Beating Vazquez gave him the recognition he deserves The fight vs Tim Austin is great for anyone who hasn't seen it
i got home from a Barbeque too in fact i walked 2 miles to be home in time for Murray vs Lawton now thats dedication he does protect his body well aswell hes abit like Wright in that respect but not as good :rofl i had a practise run last night staying up for Scum so my bodies acclimatised :rofl :rofl He makes the most of them also i like Rafa too :rofl I would expect the car to take more damage than him. :rofl better be the flower variety sex on sunday is a sin a great fighter people forget he stepped up afew divisons to fight Vasquez
Yeah his two wins over Mabuza are quality. The one I liked the best was the stoppage of Tim Austin; that last round was awesome. Austin had him rocking, then Marquez dug deep, punched Austin through the ropes and then stopped him. Brilliant:good edit: djoc175 just mentioned it above.
His KO over Heriberto Ruiz was quality. I remember Sky showed it, not much happened over the first couple of rounds and then BANG Marquez hit him with (from memory) a corkscrew uppercut (I think thats what it was); lights out. KO of the year material.
:yep It was a very even fight till the KO. Then Rafa brutally ended it, was on the undercard of a Morales fight I think.
Yeah was on Sky.Rarely in a dull fight(his last one was ****),might watch a few of his fights over soon
Can't wait for this one, mates came round to watch the UFC and they are all of into town now but I'm dedicated. Cotto KO10.
Im the same - UFC was ok tonight - hated the Mirko Cro Cop eyepoke tho!!! Dont get that in our squared circle! Cotto in 6 for me...any longer and I fancy Clottey! Cant wait for this one, especially with Khan and Haye both off.... The AK and Bunce show always makes any Setanta boxing night worth watching....and I want to see Korobov again, looks a prospect, and may be a future DeGale/Sutherland/Jeffries opponent in a years to come.
Wouldn't miss it. I ****ing would if Setanta had gone bust, actually. As for a prediction, now we find out if Cotto has slipped. He looked a bit frozen to me at times against Jennings, a bit rooted to the spot in getting set - hopefully he has found his groove. He'll need it I got Cotto by about the same distance as you.
im jsut abck for 5 mins atm **** post fight ill be in bed got to do homework been doing 1 week of highers at school and im already quite abit behind everyone else
Im up and for me Miguel takes Clottey and boxes beautifully and may stop Clottey late on. He will liev life on edge as we come to expect from Miguel but i expect to hear ''AND STILL WBO WELTERWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD FROM CAGUAS PUERTO RICO MIGUEL ANGEL COTTO!!!!'' i'm well up for this fight as you can tell.
