1) Why? Cotto is head and shoulders above Canelo in the pocket. 2) Canelo took forever to get Rhodes out of there and couldn't do it against Hatton but now all of a sudden he's gonna stop Cotto? Sheeeit... 3) What would Canelo present that Cotto hasn't seen already? Throw in a new trainer who's specialty is fitness and gameplaning and I see a one-sided victory for Junito, not Alvarez...
**** sake were talking about a modern day atg against an unproven hype job. untill canelo beats some top contenders like lara kirland or trout you cant give him any realistic chance against cotto. these days fans are too easily blinded by hype
It's a hard one to call! I think Cotto's slightly past it, but at the same time, I've not been that impressed with Canelo. Gut feeling at the moment, Cotto via decision in a tough fight.
