    i hope this fight doesn't happen. i know oscar is a huge draw, but if cotto wants to fight the best he should be aiming at paul williams or mayweather. oscar is too past his prime to be a real contender any more.

    Mosley showed a second wind against cotto, something I doubt oscar has at this point in time.

    I think Cotto physical strength surprised mosley a little, and it would surprise Oscar as well. Beating judah and mosley prepares anyone for Oscar at 34

    This makes total $ense. Cotto and DLH will make huge money, almost as much as Cotto vs. PBF would now. After Cotto beats DLH, then Cotto vs. PBF will be huge beyond belief. It's a bit of a gamble if Oscar wins, then PBF will either take Oscar II for a lot of $, or fight Williams/whoever beats Williams for less $.

    Cotto IMO should beat Oscar, and if he can't he doesn't deserve Floyd anyhow.

    Mayweather-Cotto is the best fight for boxing right now, because you'd have the best fighting the best.

    De La Hoya-Cotto would be a big fight and probably a super fight, but it lacks the overall significance and importance of a Mayweather fight. I'd go with Cotto in 9 or 10.

    Cotto/Margarito or Cotto/Williams will be better for boxing. They at least fight full time. Cotto/DLH would be Cotto KOing a part-time fighter/part-time cross dresser. No need for the fight to take place.
