    Pls ppl dont be fooled by the cotto hype. He beat an old shot Martinez. Cotto should get about as much credit as when Camacho knocked out Leonard. GGG would destroy Cotto.

    Since we're all trolling, I think Wladimir Klitschko should boil down to 135 and fight Terence Crawford....

    I don't like this cotto-GGG match up for Cotto.
    There is really not so much upside for Cotto if he wins and much downside if he loses.

    A better match up with bigger bang for the bout for Cotto would be either;

    1. Cotto-Abraham

    or

    2. Cotto- Sturm

    or

    3. Cotto-Soliman

    The three MW fighters above, combined have fought everyone worth fighting in the division while GGG has fought no one. A Cotto win over either of these fighters at MW far exceeds a win over a nobody like GGG.

    I'm a big Cotto fan but I highly doubt he'd stop Golovkin in 4 rounds. I'd go further to say that I doubt that Cotto would beat Golovkin. That being said, I think it'd a good fight and I wouldn't be that surprised if Cotto outboxed Golovkin and survived for a UD.

    This still a Forum driven by fools.... GGG is untested.... Plenty of questions he will need to answer against someone and see how he responds before he gets hit by a Cotto left hook, and act like a deer in headlights... Sergio a far more experience fighter felt the power of that left hook .... And it was all over there and now....

    GGG hasn't beat anyone of note I agree:yep

    BUT, the Cotto weight drained excuse is weak. Cotto fans have been saying this since Cotto was at 140. First it was "he's getting knocked down because he can't make 140 anymore, he should go to 147". Then it was "oh he can't make 147 anymore, he will be stronger if he moves up, he should go to 154". Now at 160, in his 4th weight class, after over 10 years of boxing you say he

    i think this fight would be competitive. cotto is much more proven, but the eyeball test tells me golovkin hits much harder and has subtle boxing skills to back it up. not an easy fight for either man in my opinion.
