Oh for **** sake, there really is too much of this. There's 3 true world titles in these divisions right? You've got ****ers ducking mandatories all the time, you've got non title fights, just put your ****ing belt on the line Miguel! No-one has the balls to actually just fight today, it all comes down to money, or ******ed injuries like Floyd spills milk down his shirt or something, i'm ****ing sick of it. How hard is it to see a competative ****ing fight this year, please?

so you tell me why he doesnt want to put the title on the line?? the deal is already in place and signed so its not a negotation move, Cotto thinks 1 pound will kill him so he doesnt want to put his title on the line:huh:huh then why did he sign the fight???:patsch

I don't think the fight is signed yet. But to say Cotto is scared to put his title on the line is ******ed. Cotto fought atleast 4 fighters that many other fighters wouldn't want to face "Quintana. Margarito, Mosley (except williams who called him out), Clottey" But if Pacquiao is the greatest i guess in your eyes then why this catchweight bs stuff? And btw who cares about the title any way? Pacquiao already is the p4p king and the star attraction. And beside Manny won't defend that belt if he beats Cotto anyway.

Not just Hopkins there are very very few instances of a catch weight fight not being on the line. I can think of one off the top of my head and that was a long long time ago.

Deal has not been signed yet. Cotto is still negotiating his purse. He is defintely using this to solidify more $$.

Cotto is wise, no need to put his title on the line if the fight wont be at the WW limit.

if the fight is not at 147 then they should not be fighting for the belt..that's the right move

if cotto puts his title on the line and wins, he can say that he defended his title from the P4P king by conceding to 145 lbs which is quite an accomplishment..

if cotto doesn't put his title on the line and lost but keep his belt, what would that title worth now?.

not putting his title on the line at 145 is a ***** move to say the least..

Or they should not be fighting at all. I think Uncle Bob will do a Solomonic solution on this. $$$$
