I ain't denying it, Cotto has a shot to win. Can't wait, should be fun.

Mayorga dropped to a knee cuz he ****ed his hand up, left hook staggered him but didnt stop him.

Remember Mayorga pre-Trinidad? The dude who could let Vernon Forrest tee-off on him and all he would do is smile? We never saw that again after he was stopped by Tito Trinidad.

If Margarito staggers on the end of a Miguel Cotto left hook next month, don't be surprised.

Yeah, I agree. After a major ass beating fighters aren't the same.

If this fight ends up being a close toe-to-toe war remember one thing, Margarito is willing to die, Cotto isn't.

Hell most likely do some holding and hes seen how pac and mosely worked against margo.

Personally, between cottos shoulder surgery and margos eye from the pac fight they could become a big factor

Rounds 9-12 are going to be EPIC!:bbb

Well he has a good chin but what about his eye bone, I mean look at Vasquez in the 4th rafa fight, he could perform ok and his chin is good but he had so much scar tissue, his face could just not handle it and it was real nasty and ****ed up to see.

Really? the fight I saw showed Cotto taking Mayorga out when he wanted to. It also showed him following a plan to win every round by outboxing Mayorga. That is what boxers do right? Follow the plan the trainer laid out for them as much as possible.

I saw Faceoff...margaret is just showboating he is full of BS.
If he knew his life was on the line he wouldn't cross the threshold...he absorbs punishment and gets injured because he is too STUPID for his own good and his defense sucks!!!

Margaret's rough talk is nothing more than Gorrila dust!!!

I'm banking on Tony not having cinder blocks in his gloves.

No that's where you are wrong!
Fighters are supposed to prove they can absorb every punch!!!

I disagree with you on the hand injury, watched the repaly over and over, that left hook hit him so hard he froze.

I agree, they are also supposed to know when their physical well being is at risk. There is no shame in surviving to fight another day. This is a sport, not war, it's not kill or be killed, it's win or lose. Any great competitor will celebrate the victories as much as accept the defeats.
