    Mosley will fight Pac if Cotto doesnt. so Cotto better just put up the title so theres no drama.

    pac ask for 143 cotto demanded 145 and pac agreed on it. so really cotto gets what he wants and not putting the belt on the lines means he has no confident on winning this one.
    If cotto is not scared of loosing he should have the mentallity of
    "why not put the belt on line beside I will win this one and pac has no chance because he is a smaller man here and he is fighting on my division"

    Cotto will not go in with that mentality. That's the mentality that DLH and Hatton had and you see what happened.
