I don't know how some people have Miguel winning up to 5 rounds.

He took 6th and 8th, possibly the 3rd. Some people gave him the 9th, but he didn't really land anything meaningful in that round.

The 1st 2 rounds and final were all Mayweather.

7-5 . . . everyone that night was saying like 10-2 maybe 9-3 and now 7-5 . . . soon cotto will have won the fight by KO and PBF is ducking a rematch:D

I wanted Cotto to win sure, but am also proud of Floyd. I am a fan of both fighters, ain't no secret with that. I'm of the opinion that seeing Floyd in a difficult fight showed how superb he is. I find it hard to swallow when other folks try to play it like it was an easy fight for Floyd, that he barely had to do anything to win, and then saying anyone who believes otherwise DKSAB.

I'm of the opposite viewpoint. I saw Floyd in a tough fight where he dug deep and intelligently pulled out the victory. This is not a knock on Floyd, but worthy praise. I believe that gives more respect to Floyd than the view of claiming it was an easy fight. For IMO, those that believe that aren't appreciating the nuances of the fight that a keen eye was viewing.

4 rounds hands down. Cotto deserves a massive amount of credit for making EVERY round competitive as hell. We've never seen Floyd in that kind of fight before aside from his 1st Castillo fight. Cotto lost 8 rounds but a lot of those rounds were merely a few punches here or there from nearly making it rounds won for him.

Its insane how Floyd came in at like 150 (if i remember correctly) and looked way ****ing stronger than Cotto at the weigh in. Guy is a freak.

I rather Floyd's next fight be at 154. It's best if he gets situated at these higher weights before fighting Sexy Sergio next year.

I'm not sure if 147lbs would favor either fighter, the workrate would depreciate if both men boil down to 147lbs I truly believe both are more comfortable at 154lbs though it wouldnt be difficult for Floyd th make weight while Cotto would struggle, both men are far more effective in the pocket at this point their respective careers.

I do recall you mentioning you got love for both PBF and Cotto

I know this sounds crazy but the first fight was one of my favorite fights all time...seriously these two dudes styles mesh perfectly together. Of course this is purely based on what you may find admirable in a fight....I love a good brawl e.g. Barrera v Morales, Gatti v Ward, Corrales vs Castillo but Cotto v Floyd was intrigueing watching the feints, the defense, the body work, the thudding jabs the hooked right hands :rasta
