And he retained it on an injury from old ass Mayorga and defended it against a cripple in Margarito and he did his best to handicap Geale to keep his CW MW belt for their match.

geale weighed in at like 182, and didnt looked drained at all. im no cotto fan but he was far from handicapped. cotto would destroy any version of geale.

You're ****ing kidding me right? He looked on the verge of slipping into a coma at the weigh in. You can't bounce back from damage like that in 24hrs.

I picked Geale when it was falsely reported a month out he was on weight, I lost all faith when I heard a week out he was as overweight as he was, and had 0 faith after watching the weigh in, but I stubbornly stuck with it anyway. Even though I thought Geale was ****ed.

I even saw an interview I believe it was with IFL, where Geale discusses the weight. He said something like he wasn't 100% but was still in good condition, why would he lie and not say he felt completely drained in that interview?

Do you actually think that if Geale didnt have to lose the 3 extra pounds that he would have a shot in hell? You couldn't tell the difference in skill level?

Because he didn't want to make any excuses, just like Martinez didn't blame his bad knees after he lost, when that was obviously the main reason for the poor performance.

And yes Geale had a style that would have been problematic if it had gone the distance, in the late rounds.

LOL, c'mon man, stop it. Martinez was a completely different situation. This wasn't an interview millions of people saw, this was an IFL interview in AUSTRALIA. And Martinez/Geale aren't the same people, afetr all the trash Martinez talked, and tricked people into buying the PPV, he couldnt bring the knee up now could he? I can't tell why you hate Cotto so much, you dont want to give the guy an ounce of credit. He's obviously LEVELS above Geale in skill level.

Are you going to deny the intentional headbutt Cotto delivered to Geale conveniently before his follow up left hook playing a part in why Geale was stopped. Headbutts are very dangerous especially when you leap in with them with ferocious malicious intent.

Why do you hate Cotto so much? YOu dont want to give the guy an OUNCE of credit. The headbutt was unintentional heads clash in boxing. Even if it was "intentional", are you going to deny that Cotto was dominating every round with ease? I'm scared to go to the RBR because I have a feeling you gave Geale rounds.

    Shut your ****** mouth.
Do you even think through what you write. First its PEDs, then a headbutt and now its weight issues.

He was somnolent at the weigh in, overweight fight night, and savagely headbutted during the match. You can't deny any of that.:deal

Why do you hate cotto so much? I know it's partly because you're a fan of GGG, but I know you're not a die hard GGG****, so I'm doubting that being a GGG fan is the main reason.
