No hes not yet But i feel he has the potential to be. I say a Long reign at 154 and maybe him unifying the titles will seal the deal for him.
A very good fighter...more beloved by the boxing community than truly great though. He'll get in I'm sure, but I wouldn't expect him to be a first-ballot shoe-in or anything as of now. If he beats some top contenders/titleholders at 54 and 47 before retiring (even if he loses to somebody like Martinez or Pac again in the process), he'll deserve it.
