This was predicatable. Cotto is waiting the result of Forbes-De la Hoya.

If Oscar wins, he will fight Floyd in September. If Oscar loses, then he probably won't fight Floyd, and then Floyd could fight Cotto. So Cotto is waiting to see how things happen.

well financially they both hav prospered extremely well on their own and have managed to be apart of big fights.....post arum.

Basically they took control of their careers as i think Cotto probally should do here pretty soon.

Do you think its coincedence that two of the biggest fighters as of right now left arum on bad terms?

There good points in the article pertaining to Arum.

Doesn't really mean anything at this point because if it did then everyone around boxing would be reporting it right now. I am pretty sure that this fight is going to happen on July 26th.

I like Floyd cause of his boxing skills, but other then that.. The guy is a douche.. But you don't see me in EVERY floyd thread whether or not the thread is supporting him or not... I see you in EVERY cotto thread regardless of the topic. :deal

come on now, I actually hope Forbes will pull the upset but the odds of that happening are about .00000000012% of happening.

no...posters don't hate you because you like Floyd...they hate you because you're an abortion who learned to typed and suck Floyd's balls while making a total idiot out of himself here at ESB. Cheers:thumbsup

I doubt gloves is the issue here, the vegas commission just voted to allow Pacman to wear his 8oz gloves against Diaz.

If they would allow Pacman to wear them for his fight no doubt they would allow Cotto.

But the fact is Cotto doesnt fight in Vegas for this sole reason only.

Just for your information. They will show the contract to Cotto today. He hasn't seen the contract yet. That is why he hasn't signed. End of the thread!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't blame Cotto for not wanting to fight Margarito, Void Mayweather refused to fight Margarito for huge money also!
