The guy thinks Cotto is having trouble making weight because of news paper pics and tv pics he has watched...

Because Pac man doesn't enjoy facing fighters in peak condition.

Cotto is going to make 145, is not a problem just more bs from Pac's camp. Cotto is going to win at the scale, the staredown, and the fight.

Anyone find it funny seeing Roach play like Floyd Sr but a milder version of course. Not writing poems or anything but talking about how he's a better trainer and how he's going to win. It's mainly about the fighters. Cotto's trainer should just say he has the best fighter so it doesn't matter. It would be like Roach 7 months ago.

I was thinking about this last night and you are right Roach is playing a milder version of Maywether Sr.

Because the idea is to ensure that Cotto does make weight. The 1 million penalty is a scare tactic to get him to make weight. Same idea with the De La Hoya fight.

its all bull**** unless like someone here said its all strategy to get pac to come at him early.so miguel can get in that ass later in the fight. roach is not the greatest trainer everyone makes him out to be. hes had one really good fighter. pac and he was athletically gifted.and pretty good. roach is straight full of ****.

If hes under 150 then hes on weight. I highly doubt hes over 150 unless he goes on drinking binges. I'm not a pro boxer but I know the only way I could gain 5lbs in a month is by drinking beer and eating fried foods all month. There is no way hes over 150bs this far into camp. He looks on weight. He might even be below weight if hes as ripped as people say.

I hope cotto comes in at 147 to make the fight for the title legitimate. how can you take the welter title from someone who's not allowed to fight at the welter limit? that's ridiculous

You can drop 5lbs of water weight just by taking some pills right before the weigh in, or you can avoid salt and sweat off 5lbs in 60 minutes. 5lbs of weight is literally nothing to lose. 10lbs of weight takes approximately 2 weeks to lose.

Training camp is 3 months right? Anyone, even you or I, could drop 20lbs in 3 months.

I agree with you...that 1lb he will shed wont do much...IF THE FIGHT WAS AT 143 HE WOULD BE IN A LIL TROUBLE...AT 145 HE CAN COME IN COMFORTABLE
