Cotto hires Steward!!!!

Great move, read on his Twitter last week he was gonna announce a new trainer, my gut feeling was that he would go for Steward. GREAT MOVE.

 

Hard to tell how a fighter will take with Manny, could be a match made in heaven or hell. Gut instinct says it will be a good match but could be well off.

 

This is good for Cotto.

Cotto needs all the confidence he could get right now,and having Manny Steward in his corner will help give him just that.

 

I hope the chemistry and willingness to learn are there. I would love to see Cotto go out with a big win.

 

Steward won't let him mentally break down in the corner in between rounds.

 

should of hire him for the pac fight, maybe he would of done a lot better

 

santiago needs to stick to being the nutritionist or just get the **** out, he is useless.

 

Horrible move. He'll be an improvement over Santiago, but I don't see their personalities meshing, and Cotto doesn't have the qualities that Steward is best at bringing out.

 

The corpse of Cus D'Mato couldn't save Cotto from the embarrassing ass beating he's going to receive in front of his compadres at MSG.

Stewart ain't a "yes" man and Cotto is arrogant/ignorant beyond belief. I can't wait until the day he does the sport a service and retires.
