Cotto hit Judah low on purpose in the 1st.

Along with four others, apparently, who also gave Margarito a thrashing.

The Williams - Margarito fight wasn't that close. The scorecards were based on where the fight took place. The judges couldn't even find a way to let the slow, plodding Margarito, win.

Fights are scored on a round by round basis. Williams won more rounds than Margarito. Margarito lost.

 

I don't think the low blows were on purpose BUT even if they were....Zab is a punk ass who deserved them. What goes around comes around.

 

I like Cotto, but he uses some questionable tactics. I've seen him throw plenty of low blows, I saw him hit Urkal plenty of times in the back when Urkal was prtotecting himself well to the body. I've also seen a few elbows out of him. None of this takes away from his talent, it's a rough sport and people need to stop complaining. All this talk about class in boxing needs to stop. This is not golf. These people get into a small ring and try to beat the **** out of eachother for 36 minutes or less. There is no room for much class in this sport. If Cotto wants to use low blows and throw a few elbows to get his opponent off his game, then I say go for it. As long as people aren't biting peoples' ears, or hitting people with rabbit punches and setting off riots, then I'm fine with it.

 

Cotto has 36 to catch him... and that's more than enough time to do that... :good

 

I dont know if the low blows were really intentional or not but Cotto often hits low. Against urkal he showed some intentional fouls as well. If that happens again against Mosley more than once then i dont like Cotto anymore.

Mention one boxer that doesn't use his elbows throughout a whole fight... This is just stupid comments, this is boxing!! If you don't want to see a physical tough fight then go watch the amateurs go at it!! The last man standing in a fight wins, period!! They put their lives on the line when they fight, so if they have to use their ass to protect themselves and to beat their opponent, then so be it... Besides, there's a referee and three judges to decide who plays clean and who plays dirty... Why don't you just enjoy the show and give the winner his props?? :deal

 

If two Judah uppercuts couldn't finish Cotto, I doubt anything Mosley throws at Cotto will... Besides to catch Cotto's chin he has to expose his ribs... he won't be able to KO Cotto with that piece-of-**** of a jab... :nono
