    Excuses? Didn't Margo win their first fight? Isn't Cotto the one who still carries a picture of Margo's wraps from their first fight on his phone? Isn't Cotto the one who tried to get a 150lb. CW and a rehydration clause despite the fact that he's defending his title in his weight class?
