Cotto: "i respect the judges but i won the fight"

    Floyd will never tell people that Castillo 1 was his toughest fight, because if he did then everyone would watch the fight and realize that Castillo got robbed.

    I do think, however, that Floyd fought a stupid fight. A few years ago, before taking so much criticism about his safety-first style, he would have fought this fight more on the outside. I do believe him when he says that he engaged more out of choice. He didn't have to. He was basically having a cakewalk in the center of the ring. And Cotto is not strong enough to bully him if he doesn't allow it.


    I don't think Floyd carried him or anything, but he certainly could have taken fewer chances and fought a smarter fight.

    the rounds were competitive. a lot of rounds floyd won clearly, but he did not win them easily like he usually does.
