Thats not even a contest.Pac will be pounding on a skelington. It will be like something from Jason & the Argonauts.
    147 is different though.

please, he struggled to make weight at 147. He's gotten progressively worse as the level of competition he faced is arguably better in talent.

the pinnacle of his career is losing BRUTALLY at the hands of Margarito and this from a guy in HIS prime. Its all down hill from here Cotto fans.

My knock on a pacquiao fight is that he loses power and speed as evidenced by the peppering of ODLH and not brutally knocking him out if the weight is at 147.

No disrespect to Pac intended. Cotto is just far bigger, far stronger and has excellent skills of his own. 147, imho, is just too much to expect from Pacquiao against a fighter like Cotto. I would give him a better chance against Shane, because if he can stand up to Shane's punching he might be able to tire him late in the fight with a fast pace.

**** man, are you ******ed? Margarito had LOADED GLOVES. He CHEATED. When he had to take off the plaster casts he got his ass beat by a 37 yr old Cotto had already beaten.

What the **** is it with you guys that you can't understand even the simplest things like this?

I totally disagree, I don't know how you could think that over 1 loss... which was not certain that it was a fair win.

Pacquiao is going to roll through Cotto worse than Margarito did if this fight happens. But Cotto has good boxing skills, he should be able to land some shots and test Cotto's ability to take a punch at 147 or so.

Personally I think that Miguel wouldn't be affected if the fight were at 144.

He's a big junior welterweight and small welterweight in comparison with the likes of Margarito, Clottey, Williams and Cintron.

I think 144 would be perfect for him.
