i agree. if pacquiao/arum really want this fight like they're saying they do they will probably just have to make the fight at welterweight. frankly, i'm getting kind of tired of all this catchweight nonsense anyways.

I just cant stop laughing at this :rofl

When the hell are you claiming this happened? Cotto has givin the same answer to who he is fighting before Paul was even a thought.:deal

And your saying Cotto said that his promotional company decides his fights specificly to aviod Paul? Come on *****.. u may not like Cotto but he fights who ever is put in front of him.. He doesnt Cherry pick which is why he fought Margarito when Floyd wouldnt and is now fighting Clottey which no one wants either.

At least give Cotto that much.

I'm talking about Arum, and the matchmakers at Top Rank. If they didn't think Pac had a legit shot, why would they make the fight? Either guy can get blown out of the water regardless. However, I think it's a big strectch to call someone a hater because they believe Pac has a legit shot at winning at a catchweight of 143.

And why can't he fight Floyd there?

If it's good for Cotto then why would it be "cherrypicking" if Floyd did it?

Hoya was also a 154 lber who hadn't made 147 in a decade. They both were giving up an advantage. That wouldn't be the case if he fought Cotto at 147. It doesn't matter anyway because this fight will never take place at 147 anyway.

    Cuz Miguel aint Oscar..

Only a ***** like Oscar can do **** like that. Cotto doesnt have comparible buying power.

because oscar was too big to go down @ 143 so they have to meet somewhere in the middle. Pac compromised by going up a couple of pounds just to hit an equilibrium with oscar.

but it was pretty obvious that pac was small for a WW.

Cuz Floyd has done cherry picking **** as of late.:deal And retireing after each fight only to not be availible to take on the other guys only adds to that insult. :-(
