Paul walks around at 165, less than Shane, Hatton, Miguel, or anyone else you are comparing him to. He is naturally a skinny-ass dude. You should see his brothers. They are even skinnier. He had to stuff himself like a damn pinata so he could get himself big enough to fight Winky.

Exactly. People who pull the "unfair weight" games really don't understand what it takes out of a fighter to make weight. What a guy like Williams has to suffer to make 147 levels the playing field more than they realize.

Look at how many times we saw Cotto an inch from disaster at 140. Making a "natural" division for too long carries its own danger.
