PAC is soooo predictable! Obviously the results of the fight did not show that PAC was sooo predictable!

He didn't look very prepared for Judah's speed either and Judah ran out of gas from round 3 onwards as he usually does these days. Margarito, a zombie, was able to land at will with predictable punches.

Cotto needs to move his head as he used to and not play "gladiator" only to be called a glass jaw by idiots. Cotto can take a punch when he needs do but needs to avoid the ones he won't see coming and that's what Pac specializes in, he's unpredictable with where he will throw and the throws everywhere and has insane stamina.

 

Pac is definitely not predictable but to be fair Pac did EXACTLY what Mayweather said he will do and if you watch that "same move every time" clip that's exactly what Pac did successfully ALL night.

Yes they prepared for it but who the hell can they bring to imitate that kind of speed and power?, they knew what Pac was going to do as Roach admitted but they CAN'T prepare for it as it's going to come in lightening speed.

There's one thing that JMM have which PBF has. The ability to face a situation which is against all odds. Moving up two weight division is no easy task I know. He had the heart to do it. He had a heart of a warrior! PBF has NO GUTS doing what JMM DID!

The size is the only thing that makes this fight half way even. If pacquiao was 10lbs bigger cotto would be mince. I think people should stay away from the Rico chin checking method of predicting fights. Boxing is not about who punches harder or who takes the better shot. 9/10 the guy with the better skills wins the fight. Recent big fight examples:
-Mayweather hatton
-Pac Hatton
-Mosley margarito
-Haye Valuev
-Khan Kotelnik
-Cotto Clottey
-Cotto Judah.

Im sick of people saying cotto has seen speed and power in zab therefore cotto will win. Zab is very athletic but he gets hit far too often and clean on occasion. Cotto beat mosley convincingly but mosley is still past prime even though he kicked that cheaters arse.

 

I think a lot of people does not understand the various kind of speed Pac brings. If you talking about handspeed alone then there are several who are close to his lvl such as Mosley and Judah. But what most of his opponent isn't prepared for is his closing in speed while side stepping and circling which catch them off guard in combination with his hand speed.

If your opponent is stationary and have fast hands, it is much easier to anticipate and time your opponent since you have a rough idea what to look for when they start throwing. Pac always had good closing in speed but what he have improved on is his side stepping and circling his opponents which helps him throw from crazy angles.

In his past fights with Morales and JMM he dash straight forward and back that is why he was easier to get timed and easier to predict. In his Morales fights Pac always get caught when he backs straight up and where the relentless Morales knew he would be most vurnerable after his flurries. As for Pac in the JMM fight, Juan timed him as he knows the path Pac will come no matter how fast Pac may be Juan just have to have the timing down for the most part.

When you don't know where your opponent is coming from, it will be extremely difficult to time and counter.
