Cotto would rather comment on Margarito's situation than lay his hands on the man with no possible strings attached.

I thought better of Cotto. Rather see him challenge Margarito to a rematch than speak on his situation :|

 

If he does he should get booed out of the room.

cotto has been quiet throughout the issue if i'm not mistaken. i think he's issued 1 statement throughout the entire affair. rightfully or not, margarito's entire career has been tainted by the recent findings, and all his previous opponents are'nt at fault to have doubts.

 

This thread is full of disappointed and butthurt Margo fans I'm guessing.

Personally I don't give a **** what he says about Margarito unless it's about a rematch.. He needs to do more of that.

You guys are talking about Cotto asking for a rematch. . Thats ******ed. A fighter who has been found to have plaster of prais in his wraps now gets a rematch with a champpion for doing so? what kind of thinking is that.

Luis Resto did that, Banned from Boxing. Panama Lewis (Luis resto's trainer) had did it, banned from boxing. Antonio Margarito does it, Rematch with Cotto?

 

Cotto WAS asking for a rematch right after the fight, but now that this whole thing came out, I don't think Cotto, or any other fighter should be fighting this cheater.

 

yeah usally some peopl don't get it . people are forgetting that the CSAC put a suspension on for a year and and that end of that year when he rapplies for the State they will abn him for life and arrest him on the spot :yep

Maybe I remember that Magro was ahead. It was a good fight but it's compromised now unfortunately. Anyway I don't think that Cotto really said that. And even if he did he must move on. He got great possibilities in front of him.

 

How would you know what a true fighter would do?
Fighters, no matter how tough they are, are still human beings.
At this point,it's impossible to know if margo used the plaster in the Cotto fight but Cotto has every right to be pissed. Not only did it damage his resume and health but also probably gave him a shitload of psychological problems.
