Its a pity that in this day in age, all the boxing commisions were'nt operating like Nevada's......providing the fighters with tape and gauze.


It took Richardson to catch Capetillo.......but can you imagine how many fighters throughout the years in California have fought with loaded gloves under those types of inspection setups?

Ughhhhhh, ****ing moron this guy is. Of course there is no proof and there never will be. The wraps used in that fight are long gone. However, clinging to this bull**** that the NSAC gives fighters the gauze and tape is getting old. Let me spell it out for ya...HE PUT A PRE-USED KNUCKLE PAD WITH A CHUNK OF PLASTER WRAPPED INSIDE OF IT!

The gauze and tape provided and who provides them mean nothing. Capetillo could have easily and "accidently" grabbed the "wrong" knuckle pad from the bag while wrapping Margos hands with the gauze and tape given to him by the NSAC. Again, there are no facts to prove this, it is mere speculation. But the reality of the situation is you have a fighter, caught red handed with plaster in his hand wraps..and everyone is supposed to believe that not only did he not know, but also this was the very first tim ehe tried and aww **** wouldnt ya know, he got caught. Maybe if he was Irish instead of Mexican he wouldnt have gotten caught on the first try.

As to give the impression that it wasnt Margarito's fault for cheating, if he did in that fight, but Cotto's trainers fault for not catching it? So I guess if Tony cheated, Cotto got what he deserved for his people not catching it. Your logic amazes me. atsch

The only person present during his fight was his lawyer. But cmon now. A lawyer? Would a lawyer know the difference between used guaze and guaze dipped in plaster...The picture Freddy showed of the brick pad looked normal did it not? It took a savvy Richardson to say "Let me feel them." To anyone else who isn't in the business, it would've looked totally legit.

I don't have the exact quote because it came from Antwuann...he's a member of a certain website and gets quality info that most of us don't get...but it was posted in a thread about Margarito earlier.

But it's irrelevant anyway...it was a pad placed inside the wraps. Concealed.

Sure he could've been given the supplies, but we're not sure at what point the lawyer walked into the room to watch the wrapping. And if he put it in anyway and didn't say **** because it looked normal...

But to me...given the fact that he was a proven cheater. I give him no benefit of the doubt.
