There is a difference in class, genetics, and God given gifts between these two fighters.

Mayweather is gifted while Cotto is merely talented. Mayweather will knock Cotto out in the 7th round.

Mayweather is designed for boxing. Everything from his muscle fiber type to his reach, to his brain type. He was designed to be a champion in the same way Roy Jones Jr or Sugar Ray Leonard were.

Mayweather is designed for boxing. Everything from his muscle fiber type to his reach, to his brain type. He was designed to be a great champion in the same way Roy Jones Jr or Sugar Ray Leonard were. It's like how Paul Williams or Jon Jones or Anderson Silva or Michael Jordan were designed for it.

Cotto just doesn't have "it". That magical quality that separates all time great special talent from just good.

Mayweather by KO round 7. Bet your money on this.

Mayweather is punching harder and is in better shape than even the Marquez fight and Cotto always had a shakey chin. Just wait and see.

maybe so but it dont mean cotto is a born loser, this fight would not even be happening if that was the case.

cotto has more balls to take on much tougher opponents and this is the difference. floyd is more skilled but cotto is a throwback. it's too sad that floyd would fight a cotto that ha seen too much wars and a shopworn one. this fight could have been much better back in 2008.

I can see a TKO happening.

He is actually going to sit down on punches once Cotto is backpeddling (possibly after round 8 or 9)

He is hungry for a KO\TKO.

I say stoppage by Doctor before round 11.. Cotto will be well behind on the scorecard and we all know he is a bleeder.

Cotto is Mayweather's easiest challenge since Gatti. Mayweather is going to put a Gatti on Cotto.

That was Sharmba Mitchel during a WW fight back in 2005, However, Sharmba was KO'd by Tzu and Williams in half the rounds it took Floyd.
